Kebab & Grill, fully made in Italy, this is the philosophy that inspired the project. Giving life to a restaurant in line with the trend, easily identifiable as an Italian, both in taste and in quality of service and organization. The idea is to merge the appreciation for the new culinary trends with the typical Italian (mediterranean) taste and this to meet and satisfy a wide audience with a range of products created directly on there needs.
A style of food that is far from typical fast-food approach to a much more "Italian" differently fast-food, where the feelings and the pleasure of the meat are the primary essence of the business itself. The concept of "how you want, as you like" defines precisely the possibility, not present in other types of fast-food, to choose ingredients and components to combine the right dish or sandwich, depending on the taste and desire of the moment.
That's why we believe the idea of our business is "differently Fast-Food" and because we want all the philosophy and spirit of enterprise to be shared with emphasis and love from our direct employees, partners and franchisees.
With a dynamic and innovative format SPIEDONNY is the result of a partnership of two companies belonging to the same family in Piacenza, "Alba" and "Il Sole". The first born precisely in order to promulgate and implement a new system based on the concept of different "Kebab & Grill" place, the latter able to produce and directly supply the raw material for its franchisees, thus becoming Spiedonny to be the first chain restaurant of its kind to allow the monitoring of the whole line, from the production to the dish.
